北京华联综合超市股份有限公司成立于 1996 年 6 月， 2001 年 11 月 29 日在上海证券交易所挂牌上市。 2003 年，华联综超以每股经营活动现金流 3.76 元排名中国零售业上市公司第一位及每股收益率 0.51 元排名中国零售业上市公司第一位，获 CCTV 评选“ 2003 年度中国最有价值十大上市公司”。目前华联综超有 5000 万 A 股上市流通。 2004 年底，公司总资产达 23 亿元人民币。

    公司主要经营大型综合超市和生鲜超市，向顾客提供物美价廉，品质优良的生鲜、食品、百货等民生必需品，经营品项达六万多种。截止 2004 年底，拥有门店 55 多家，分布在北京、南京、武汉、合肥、南宁、兰州、太原、大连、沈阳、长春等地，以全国连锁的大型综合超市和生鲜超市为重心，加快销售网络扩张。

In 2003, BHHC achieved cash flow of RMB3.76 yuan per share in operating activities, the highest cash flow among public retail companies in China . It also had the highest EPS of RMB0.51 yuan among domestic retailers in 2003 and was selected as one of ten most valuable public companies by CCTV. Currently it has 50 million A-shares on the storck market. By the end of 2004, BHHC has a total asset value of RMB2.3 billion.

The company is mainly engaged in hypermarket and fresh-food market business. It commits to serving customers with high quality, low-prive and multi-assortment food, general merchandises and services. In 2004, Its 55 stores spread in major cities including Beijing , Nanjing , Wuhan , Hefei , Nanning , Lanzhou , Taiyuan , Dalian , Shenyang and Changchun . BHHC expands the sales network by chain operation of its large-scale hypermarkets and fresh-food supermarkets.

   BHG has built up a centralized procurement network for both national and local merchandise sourcing. It has also developed a standardized sourcing management system at national level.
